3. Sim Installation & Set up:
 
Step 1: Insert Sim card into your phone (using slot 1 in case your phone has 2 sim slots).
 
During set up, please turn off or take off your 2nd sim from slot 2)
 
Step 2: Turn on “Cellular Data” and “Data Roaming”
 
(Setting > Cellular Data/ Connections > Cellular Data Options/ Mobile Networks > Data Roaming > On)
 
Step 3: Restart your phone and wait for a while, to let your sim search for network and automatically activate.
 
For certain phones, this may take longer than usual, up to a few minutes. Please be patient!
 
In case you cannot access the internet after Step 3 You will need to manually set up Access Point Names (APN)
 
+ For Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > APN > Add new APN (as described below) and save it > Choose the APN you have created.
 
+ For iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Networks > Add new APN (as described below) and save it > Choose the APN you have created.
 
With some iPhones, if the APN option does not show up, please reset networks: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Networks
